Description Upon completion, you and your staff will be able to:
Melody Medley-Keith is a former collegiate scholarship swimmer and has been active in all phases of aquatics for over 35 years. She earned Swim Teacher of the Year from both the National Swim School Association and National Swim Teachers Association. She authored the “learn to swim” programs and team building strategies for the National Jewish Community Centers and National Boys and Girls Clubs. Melody has produced two learn to swim videos and patented many teaching tools used in swim instruction and aquatic therapy. Melody and Barker own and operate a privately owned aquatic therapy pool and clinic. Their highly effective team consists of four Physical Therapists, two PT Assistants, two Swim Instructors and two Aquatic Exercise Specialists. Throughout her years in Aquatics, Melody has become a nationally known speaker and consultant. Join her and learn all you can to increase your pool’s potential.

with dial-in information and a web link to download handout materials and
resources.

Gather
your staff and listen via speaker phone to the presentation, follow along
with the handouts and participate in live, interactive Q&A. Certificates of attendance (1.8 contact hours) will be available after evaluations are received.
Registration
Fees & Deadline The fee to participate in this audio-conference is based on Aquatic Section member status:
PLEASE NOTE: Registration fees are based per dial-in connection; multiple call-ins from your practice will be charged. We are unable to accommodate more than one practice or department per call-in. Written requests for refunds received on or before August 20, 2008, will receive a 50% refund less a $50 processing fee. Fees are non-refundable after this date. There are no refunds for no-shows. Deadline: Wednesday, August 20, 2008 Please complete the Secure On-line Registration Form and submit your registration electronically to the Aquatic Physical Therapy Section. You can also download a printable registration form in PDF and fax it to the Aquatic Section office at 303-694-4869. A confirmation with dial-in information and handout materials will be e-mailed to all registered practices by the Friday before the audio-conference. |
