Description Upon completion, you and your staff will be able to:
Helene Fearon, PT is a graduate of Marquette University’s Physical Therapy program. She is co-owner of Fearon Physical Therapy, a private practice which specializes in both orthopedic manual therapy, spine rehabilitation as well as work injury management. Helene is a principle in Rehabilitation Consulting and Resource Institute, an independent consulting firm focusing on practice management and reimbursement strategies in the outpatient rehabilitation setting. She is also a partner in Physical Therapy Provider Network (PTPN) of Arizona, a physical therapist owned provider network.
Helene has expertise in the area of reimbursement, fiscal
management and health policy as it relates to rehabilitation
services. She draws on her background of having developed and operated
three Medicare rehab agencies, a home care contracting business, two
specialty practices delivering work injury management services and a
physical therapy provider network. She has owned and operated her own
private practice for over 22 years. In addition she is a consultant to
several national medical review and insurance companies, providing
assistance in the development of utilization and payment policies as
they pertain to rehabilitation services. In addition to her clinical and consulting practice, Helene serves on the AMA’s CPT Editorial Panel as well as the Panel's Executive Committee. She is also a member of the editorial panel for the AMA’s “CPT Assistant” publication. Helene is an active member of the APTA, and currently serves on committees for both the APTA’s Private Practice Section and the Arizona Physical Therapy Association. Helene was an appointee to the Arizona Board of Physical Therapy licensure (1999-2007) and past president of that regulatory board.

Gather
your staff and listen via speaker phone to the presentation, follow along
with the handouts and participate in live, interactive Q&A. Certificates of attendance (1.8 contact hours) will be available after evaluations are received.
Registration
Fees & Deadline The fee to participate in this audio-conference is based on Aquatic Section member status:
PLEASE NOTE: Registration fees are
based per dial-in connection; multiple call-ins from your practice
will be charged. We are unable to accommodate more than one practice or
department per call-in. Written requests for refunds received on or before
October 21, 2008, will receive a 50% refund less a $50 processing fee. Fees
are non-refundable after this date. There are no refunds for no-shows.

date if you have special needs or require additional assistance or
accommodation to participate in this audio conference.
